What is Part NCC

EASA Air Operations Regulation (EU) No 965/2012 Part-NCC applies to non-commercial flights in complex motor-powered aircraft.

Part-NCC requires each aircraft owner to adhere to the same essential requirements as commercial air transport operators but the rules are proportionate - instead of holding an AOC, owners must submit a declaration to the relevant authority about their operation

Does my aircraft choice fall into this category?

Part-NCC applies to all aircraft:

Heavier than 5,700kg; or

Equipped with more than 19 seats; or

Equipped with one or more jet engines or two turboprop engines

Corporate Jet Consulting can tailor a Part-NCC Solution to suit your needs, prepare a declaration to the most suitable jurisdiction and support you throughout your ownership.

CJC can assist with:

  • Creation and implication of an operations manual
  • Continuous airworthiness management oversight

  • Management and oversight of inspections (both aircraft and operations)
  • The Creation of an MEL
  • The Auditing of third parties and contracted / sub-contracted activities
