Sustainability
Sustainability is something that we are very passionate about at CJC. If managed correctly and coherently it should pose no major obstacle to an aircraft owner.
It is clear that the aviation industry is currently reliant on fossil fuels and business aviation is often dragged to the forefront of this issue. The industry is, however, very forward-thinking with regards to sustainability when considering the related levels of emissions on the global scale.
For many years there have been (and still are) efforts to put the first electric aircraft into operation. There will be arguments that the development cost often outweighs the environmental benefit and economic viability, and it is very possible that we might not see a carbon-neutral aircraft in the near future. However, in recent years we have seen a huge growth in carbon offset initiatives and, in the coming years, we will see a major shift towards Sustainable Aviation Fuel which is a change we should embrace.
Having already consulted with Fortune 500 companies and high-profile individuals on their carbon initiatives and goals, CJC intends to be at the forefront of this movement which will ultimately benefit our planet.
